Chirayu has spent ~28 years in the operating seat — building and running delivery organisations across BPO, Global Capability Center (GCC) setup, vendor transitions, and turnarounds. Most recently he was Chief Delivery Officer at NextWealth, where he led large-scale, multi-geo delivery operations.
He founded Valiarch to bring that operator's discipline to enterprises and growth-stage service firms: governance that holds under pressure, transitions that don't break, and operating models built to scale. He is based in Delhi NCR.
